REFERRAL GIVEAWAY RULES 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

 1.    Eligibility

         HuntVault Referral Giveaway (the “Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of HuntVault and other companies associated with the promotion of the Giveaway, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

 2.    Sponsor

         The Giveaway is sponsored by HuntVault, LLC, located at PO Box 504, McEwen, Tennessee 37101.

 3.    Agreement to Official Rules

         Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

 4.    Sweepstakes Period

         The Sweepstakes begins on September 13 at 12:01 AM CST and ends on September 30 at 11:59 PM CST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Referrals that are submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be counted. Referrals will be accepted for the duration of the Giveaway at :

 5.    Prize Drawing

         On or about 10/01/2024, the Sponsor will select the winner. The winner will be the person who refers the most friends. In the event of a tie, there will be a random drawing to decide the winner. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via telephone, mail or email on or about 10/01/2024. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor will select the next person with the most referrals.  

 6.    Winner Notification

         The potential winner will be notified by email, mail or phone. The winner will be required to complete, electronically sign and submit a Declaration of Compliance within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to submit the Declaration of Compliance within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits the prize. If the potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign the Declaration of Compliance on the potential winners behalf and fulfill any other requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Giveaway.

 8.  Taxes on Prizes

         Winners are required to pay taxes on any prizes won; a prize over $600 is considered miscellaneous income to the government. HuntVault, LLC will issue a 1099 form to winners’ of prizes valued over $600. Guns offered as prizes must be transferred to a Federally Licensed Firearm Dealer who will go through the process of registering the gun to the new owner.

 9.    Marketing Use

USE OF DATA: All information submitted by entrants will be treated according to HuntVault, LLC’s privacy policy, available at https://huntvault.com/pages/privacy-policy. By participating in the Giveaway and providing your e-mail address, entrants hereby agree to HuntVault and all partners affiliated with this giveaway collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted HuntVault Privacy Policy. By entering this contest, entrants agree that they will receive marketing communications from HuntVault and giveaway partners through email communication. Entrants can opt out of this messaging at any time, through the "unsubscribe" function, within each communication.
