Each month is a new surprise collection with new gear. You keep everything you receive. The value of the box is always more than what you pay (typically $200-300 in gear). We have shipped tens of thousands of boxes since 2015.
HuntVault is offered as a Monthly Subscription or an ELITE 365 Subscription.
Premium gear including packs, optics, tents, survival gear, flashlights, safety items, portable power, apparel, lock boxes, bino cases, GPS, trail cameras, heavy duty outdoor tools and more! The value of the box is typically $200-$300.
Cancel your monthly ELITE subscription at any time by logging into your subscription account or emailing us: email@example.com.
ELITE 365 Subscribers: Once you have received 12 boxes, the cancellation option will become available in your customer portal.
A cancellation of a subscription after it has renewed does not refund and credit your account. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis.
If you cancel your subscription after a renewal, the next month’s box that was reserved with payment will ship and that will conclude your subscription.
HuntVault is offered as a monthly subscription or an ELITE 365 Subscription.
The monthly HuntVault ELITE Subscription is a $160/month, cancel any time option. All members are entered into giveaways.
The HuntVault ELITE Subscription is also offered as a 12 month (ELITE 365) subscription. Subscribers are billed monthly for a 1 year commitment. This can be canceled after 12 months.
Save $10/month for the duration of the subscription ($120/year savings). Annual (ELITE 365) subscribers are also entered to win exclusive giveaways different from the standard ELITE subscription.
HuntVault provides free shipping on all subscriptions.
No international shipping at this time.
Orders placed from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month reserve the upcoming month’s box.
October 1 - October 31 = reserve November Box
November 1 - November 30 = reserve December Box
December 1 - December 31 = reserve January Box

Boxes ship around the 20th of each month. Due to the nature of our shipping window and depending on when an order is placed in the month, delivery time from time of order to fulfillment can range from 2 weeks to 8 weeks. All orders are shipped in one monthly batch. After each renewal, boxes can take up to 5 weeks to arrive. We promise it will be worth the wait!
You will also receive a shipment notice via email once your box is in transit and another when it has been delivered.
Once your box has left our fulfillment center, we have little control over carrier delays, weather, address corrections or a box being lost.
Please make sure your full name and address are complete at checkout to prevent carrier delays or not receiving a box. If an address is incorrect at checkout or on your account and the box is shipped to the wrong location, we are not responsible for reshipping any missed boxes.
If you need to update your address due to a move or the address being incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible. If you have placed a new order or a renewal occurred anytime in January, this is how the address will be on your February shipment, unless changed by us by January 31st. Updating the address in your account does not change the address on past orders, only upcoming renewals.
Monthly ELITE Subscriptions are set by default to automatically renew on the 20th of each month - after your first shipment.
Example: Orders placed on September 30th will receive October's box and renew in October to reserve November's box unless cancelled. However, orders placed on October 1st will reserve November's box and not renew until November.
There may be instances where a renewal takes place before the current month’s box is received. (If we are shipping a bigger item, if pack out takes additional time, etc)
If you would like to cancel your subscription, please do so before the current month’s renewal.
All renewals reserve the next month’s box. (November’s renewal reserves December’s shipment.)
In the case of a bonus / welcome gift with a new subscription, this item will either ship with your box or separately based on size, quantity of free gifts, etc. This gift(s) may arrive earlier or later than your subscription box.
At checkout, all ELITE members take a survey before they can check out. These questions include: weapon of choice, hunting preference, shirt/jacket size, boot size, glove size and birth month.
We take surveys to customize boxes on occasion. Filling out your preferences does not guarantee you will receive items specific to your selections. We do our best to cater towards your hunting preferences when applicable.
