ABOUT HUNTVAULT
HuntVault is a Family / Veteran owned subscription box that delivers thousands of curated hunting + outdoor boxes to members across the country every month.
These boxes feature the best brands, from industry famous companies to hidden gems you might not otherwise encounter. We have shipped hundreds of thousands of boxes since 2015.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A HUNTVAULT BOX?
Premium gear including packs, optics, tents, survival gear, flashlights, safety items, portable power, apparel, lock boxes, bino cases, GPS, trail cameras, heavy duty outdoor tools and more!
The value of every box is always more than what you pay. Each ELITE Box contains $200-300+ Value and each Original box contains $75+ Value.
MONTHLY + 365 SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
HuntVault ELITE and Original Subscriptions are offered with Monthly or 365 Subscription plans.
365 Subscriptions offer additional savings, welcome gifts, and giveaways. These are billed monthly with a 1 year commitment and can be canceled after 12 subscription orders.
HuntVault ELITE and Original Monthly Subscriptions feature the same gear as the 365 plans and can be cancelled anytime.
SURVEY
There is a required survey on the product page prior to ordering a new ELITE Subscription. Survey questions include: hunt methood, hunting preference, apparel size, etc.
NOTE: We take surveys to customize boxes on occasion. Filling out your preferences does not guarantee you will receive items specific to your selections. We do our best to cater towards your hunting preferences when applicable.

SHIPPING
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping in the continental U.S. (48 Contiguous States) is $9. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO is $50 per shipment.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
WELCOME GIFTS / PROMOTIONS
New HuntVault ELITE 365 & Original 365 Subscribers receive a free welcome gift after signing up. This bonus gift typically ships before the first box in a subscription but may also ship with the first shipment depending on size, quantity of free gifts, and other factors.
If a welcome gift ships separately, separate tracking information will be sent to the email address on file.
WHERE IS MY BOX?
Once a box has left our fulfillment center, we have little control over carrier delays, weather, address corrections or a box being lost.
Please make sure your full name and address are complete at checkout to prevent carrier delays or failed delivery. If an address is incorrect at checkout or on your account and the box is shipped to the wrong location, we are not responsible for reshipping any missed boxes.
Note: Addresses can be updated in the customer subscription portal, but an update in your account will not change the address on past orders - only upcoming renewals / orders. Example: A new order or a renewal in January will determine the address your subscription order ships to in February, unless updated by our team by January 31st.
If you need to update your address due to an incorrect address or a move, please update your address or let us know as soon as possible.
ORDER SCHEDULE, RENEWALS, ETC
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders placed from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month reserve the upcoming month’s box.
September 1 - September 30 = reserve October box
October 1 - October 31 = reserve November box
November 1 - November 30 = reserve December box
(CENTRAL TIME)
Boxes ship around the 20th of each month. Due to the nature of our shipping window, and depending on when an order is placed in the month, delivery time from time of order to fulfillment can range from 2 weeks to 8 weeks. All orders are shipped in one monthly batch. After each renewal, boxes can take up to 5 weeks to arrive. We promise it will be worth the wait!
You will also receive a shipment notice via email once your box is in transit and another when it has been delivered.
SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS
All subscriptions are set by default to automatically renew on the 20th of each month.
Example: Orders placed September 30th will receive October's box then renew October 20 to reserve November's box - unless cancelled. Orders placed October 1st will reserve November's box then renew November 20 for December's box.
There may be instances where a renewal takes place before the current month’s box is received. This can happen if we are shipping a bigger item, if pack out takes additional time, or if there are inbound carrier delays.
All renewals reserve the next month’s box. Ex: November’s renewal reserves December’s shipment, December's renewal reserves January's shipment, etc.
Note: Subscription renewals may be pushed back later than the 20th on occasion.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancel a monthly ELITE or Original subscription at any time by emailing support@huntvault.com. ELITE 365 and Original 365 Members can request subscription cancellation after completing 12 subscription orders.
Note: If you cancel your subscription after a renewal, the next month's box reserved with your renewal will ship and conclude your subscription.

BOX UPGRADES
Active HuntVault Members have opportunities (typically monthly) to upgrade their upcoming box with even more gear!
These Upgrades take place in the Subscriber Portal.
When Upgrades become available, we will notify subscribers of the opportunity to upgrade. These items are offered at a subscriber-exclusive price, and / or the upcoming box may be discounted / free with an Upgrade purchase.
When added to an upcoming box, the cost for the upgrade is added to the subscription cost (if applicable) and charged to the card on file. The box then ships as normal - but with the upgrade included.
