HUNTVAULT MONTHLY GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor

The HuntVault Monthly Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by HuntVault LLC, Columbia, Tennessee (“Sponsor”).

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Garmin, or any other brand mentioned in prize descriptions.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to:

  • Active HuntVault Monthly ELITE Subscribers, and
  • Active HuntVault ELITE 365 Subscribers

who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and immediate family members of HuntVault LLC may be excluded at Sponsor’s discretion.

 

3. How to Enter

Monthly $250 Credit Giveaway

Each billing charge successfully processed during a given calendar month automatically qualifies that subscriber as one (1) entry into the monthly drawing.

Entries are limited to one (1) per qualifying subscriber per month.

No separate entry is required.

ELITE 365 Exclusive Prize Drawings

All active ELITE 365 subscribers in good standing during the applicable month are automatically entered into the ELITE 365 exclusive drawing for that month.

No additional purchase beyond an active ELITE 365 subscription is required.

4. Prize Descriptions

Monthly Giveaway Prize

One (1) winner per month will receives

  • A $250 HuntVault account credit or
  • A $250 HuntVault gift card (Sponsor’s discretion)

Credit/gift card:

  • Has no cash value
  • Is non-transferable
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • May not be combined with certain promotions at Sponsor’s discretion

ELITE 365 Exclusive Prizes

Prizes may include but are not limited to:

  • High-value gear (e.g., Garmin watch, optics, premium hunting equipment)
  • Guided hunting trips
  • Outdoor experiences

Prize details will be disclosed prior to drawing.

If the prize is an “All Expenses Paid” hunting trip, coverage typically includes:

  • Travel (economy airfare or ground travel, Sponsor’s discretion)
  • Lodging
  • Hunting guide services
  • Applicable hunting license

The following are NOT included unless explicitly stated:

  • Taxidermy services
  • Meat processing
  • Game transportation/shipping
  • Personal equipment
  • Gratuities
  • Additional guest expenses
  • Alcohol or incidental costs

Exact terms for experience-based prizes may vary and will be communicated to the winner.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners are selected via random drawing from eligible entries.

Monthly giveaway winners are generally announced:

  • February entries → announced mid-March
  • March entries → announced mid-April
  • And so forth

Winners will be notified via email associated with their subscription account.

If a selected winner:

  • Fails to respond within fourteen (14) days of initial notification, OR
  • Is determined to be ineligible, OR
  • Fails to comply with these Official Rules,

such winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize.

In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to retain the prize or, at its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible subscribers during the applicable month.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants:

  • Agree to be bound by these Official Rules
  • Release and hold harmless HuntVault LLC from any claims arising from participation or prize acceptance
  • Agree that Sponsor may use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law

Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time
  • Substitute a prize of equal or greater value
  • Disqualify any entrant found tampering with the process

All decisions by Sponsor are final.

8. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

If required by law, Sponsor may issue a Form 1099 for prizes exceeding applicable reporting thresholds.

9. No Cash Alternative

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

10. Governing Law

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Winner Announcement Method

Winners of the HuntVault Monthly Giveaway and ELITE 365 Exclusive Drawings are typically announced via HuntVault’s official social media channels and/or email communications (e-blasts).

By participating in the Promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that:

  • Winner announcements may include the winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence.
  • Announcement timing may vary slightly from month to month.
  • Public announcement does not replace direct winner notification via the email associated with the subscription account.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify the announcement method at its discretion.
